Lilly is a highly skilled physiotherapist with a passion for helping people achieve pain-free movement and reach their personal goals. After graduating from the University of Otago, she spent the early years of her career at a well-regarded private practice in Wellington, NZ, where she honed her expertise in treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Lilly takes pride in providing patient-centred care and is particularly focused on helping individuals return to their daily and sporting activities with optimal movement. Her areas of special interest include pilates-based rehabilitation, hypermobility, ACL rehabilitation, running injuries, posture-related pain, and falls prevention.
Certified in APPI Clinical Matwork Pilates, Lilly has also completed extensive training in manual therapy and attended EDS ECHO webinars, continually seeking new opportunities to enhance her skills and provide the best possible care for her patients.
A former national-level competitor and black belt in GKR Karate, Lilly has always been passionate about movement. Whether at the gym, practising pilates, or enjoying walks with friends, staying active is a key part of her lifestyle. Currently, she’s also on a mission to find the best matcha spots in Melbourne!

Varun
Physiotherapist & Clinical Exercise Instructor
Varun is a dedicated physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, both in Australia and overseas in India. He has extensive experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, occupational health, and injury rehabilitation, helping individuals regain their physical confidence and return to their daily activities.
Varun worked in the outpatient department of a major hospital in India, where he managed a high caseload of patients, including elite and recreational athletes from sports such as badminton, tennis, cricket, football, pro-kabaddi, track and field, golf, and wrestling. He was involved in the independent assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries, providing care from diagnosis through to return to sport. His role also included pitch-side support for professional tournaments, such as the Ranji Trophy, IPL trial games, and the Premier Badminton League (PBL), as well as on-site physiotherapy for the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI).
In addition to clinical work, Varun played a key role in team coordination and department management, ensuring effective collaboration among colleagues. He is skilled in manual therapy techniques, including spinal and peripheral joint mobilisation, and has experience in post-operative rehabilitation and workplace injury management. He takes pride in guiding his clients through recovery, whether it’s helping a worker return to their job or an athlete get back to the sport they love.
Outside of work, Varun enjoys staying active, playing cricket, and exploring nature. He is committed to helping people move better, recover faster, and reduce their risk of future injuries.

Debby completed the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at University of Melbourne after receiving a Bachelor of Biomedicine (Neuroscience) the years previous. She is passionate in building long-term, effective therapeutic alliance with clients in guiding them to achieve the best health outcomes. With 10 years in private practice and community-based experiences, she has gained a thorough understanding of pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, effective pain management and spinal rehabilitation. Her clinical interests include chronic back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain. Recently, she has been working closely with local badminton clubs to improve players’ wellbeing and performance as well as prevent injuries.
Debby established Livewell Health with a simple aim: to provide personalised health solutions by putting clients first. She loves empowering and enabling the local communities towards moving with confidence, no matter the age or physical conditions.
Debby is invited regularly to speak about promoting physical activity, health and wellbeing in local communities, including events held at Indonesia Consulate General in Melbourne. She was recently invited to speak to final year students at Melbourne University to give guidance on their careers ahead.
Outside work, Debby enjoys spending time with her family, catching up with friends over coffee and exploring new places. She loves playing badminton, solo driving, reading and painting - these are her ikigai!

With a dual qualification and past 7 years of clinical experiences, Par cares for her clients in a holistic manner. She is experienced in pain management in recreational and professional athletes in various sports, including Australian Football League (AFL), triathlon, marathon and weightlifting.
Par is passionate in assisting clients in achieving their goals, improving performance and general wellbeing. She tailors treatment approach in every session to ensure that each client achieves the most optimal healing outcome. Par is also currently undertaking further studies under Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy).
Outside work, you can find Par sipping a cuppa at her favourite Melbourne cafe with a book. Par’s interests outside work are fitness, philosophy, mental health and mindfulness (Yoga and meditation).

Libby is passionate about helping her clients achieve overall health and wellness in concert with the Livewell Health team. As a pilates instructor and student of nutrition, she believes that she can guide and motivate clients toward better function, reduced pain, and improved health outcomes to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Libby also has a particular in clinical interest in antenatal and postnatal pilates training.
In her spare time, Libby enjoys playing golf, cooking for friends and family, and soaking up the food and culture of Melbourne.

Miriam
Miriam is a dedicated and compassionate movement educator whose teaching style blends the grounding principles of Hatha Yoga with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa. She holds over 700 hours of accredited Yoga education. With a strong foundation in Pilates and a background working with individuals recovering from injuries and trauma, Miriam’s classes emphasise mindful movement, alignment, and body awareness.
Her approach is both nurturing and empowering, guiding students to move with intention and reconnect with their bodies through a flow of awareness.
Miriam currently teaches Yoga to private clients and has previously volunteered her time at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Yoga for All, supporting patients, carers, and members of the homeless community.
Her extensive professional experience spans corporate wellness programs, physiotherapy and chiropractic clinics, gyms, and retreats across Melbourne. She has worked with clients at organizations such as Oxfam, Bosch, Treasury Corporation of Victoria, Sheeba Retreat, other Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Studio.
Whether in a clinical, corporate, or community setting, Miriam brings warmth, presence, and a deep commitment to healing and holistic wellbeing.
