Mindful Restorative

    Additionally, programs at Livewell Health Studio is designed to semi-private, with a maximum of 3 participants. This means that each person will get almost 100% attention from our health professionals. If modifications are required, these can be implemented in real-time to avoid any risk of injury.

    However, all group participants are recommended to undergo a thorough initial assessment by Livewell Physiotherapist before starting their journey. This will save you time choosing the right ones for you as your Physiotherapist can then recommend which classes are the most relevant for health goals.
